Pierre Overall terms & conditions
Choose the course you want. Carefully complete the enrolment form and return by post or fax. Read the terms and conditions, if you agree sign and date the form. Ecole Supérieure de Français Langue Etrangère "Pierre Overall" will process an enrolment upon receipt of a correctly completed enrolment form for each student to be enrolled. At the time of registration, we request that a deposit of 10 % be paid by bank transfer. Once your deposit is received, we will send the confirmation of your registration. Without exception, all fees must have been received in full prior to admission to the course (not earlier than 2 weeks before departure). Bank transfer charges, or other charges incurred for the payment of course fees, are strictly for the account of the student. Travel documents will be sent after receipt of the balance.We are at your disposal for further information or if you are not sure which course you should book.
1 lesson is 45 minutes. Most courses take place in the morning from 9 am to 12:30 pm (with a break between 10:30 and 11 am). We only work with qualified and experienced teachers.
EU nationals do not require visas. Non-EU nationals should contact their local French Embassy or Consulate. Where a visa is required students have to follow the procedures required by the French Government and may need to transfer the outstanding balance of all fees due, before the appropriate visa application documents can be issued. It is the obligation of the student to ensure that he or she is in possession of the correct legal documentation to enter and reside in France for the duration of the programme undertaken.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date the deposit will be charged. We will have to withhold the following cancellation fees:30 % if you cancel between 29 and 20 days before the course starts
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your course you must contact the administration manager or course director on site. Any complaint after the course ended must be received in writing within one month of the termination of the course.•
Neither the Ecole Supérieure de Français Langue Etrangère "Pierre Overall", its staff, tutors, agents or host families are responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property however caused during any programme undertaken. Students are advised to take out appropriate private medical, travel and cancellation insurance in their country of origin before departure. All EU nationals should bring the E-CARD which covers public medical care.
The student is required to observe all course regulations and the house rules required by host families. We reserve the right to expel any student for behaviour which is unacceptable.
